Zucchini – Golden

3303 Cucurbita pepo

57 days.
Introduced in 1973 by Burpee; the product of some crafty breeding work by Dr. Oved Shifriss.
This open-pollinated, yellow zucchini makes those modern hybrids dull by comparison. It offers tender fruits on plants that produce a more moderate number than other zucchinis, but they’re more nutritious than their green cousins.
