Golden Sweet snow peas were discovered at a market in India and may have been the result of a spontaneous mutation of a green snow pea.
This eye-catcher produces an abundance of 3-4″ golden-yellow, crunchy sweet pods – great stir-fried, steamed, or in salads. Purple-mauve flowers on 6′ vines are pretty enough to decorate any garden fence.
