Perennial.
Thyme originates from Mediterranean hills of Greece, Spain and Italy. Roman soldiers brought it to England in the 1st century.
Compact. 10″-12″ tall plants. Very hardy (will overwinter in zone 3b). Produces abundant harvests and is easy to dry.
Use in poultry dishes, soups and roasts.
Seed at room temperature in light (germinates in 10-30 days).
