Greens – Garden Sorrel

Perennial. This leafy green vegetable has a tart lemony flavour.
Famous for making sorrel soup but also good in salads and sauces too.
Sorrel can be grown directly in the garden and be propagated by division.
Remove flower stalks to promote leaf growth. Leaves can be frozen for use during winter.
