A strong tasting porcelain variety with Québécois origins. Good vigour and adapted to a range of Northern growing conditions. Easy to peel.

Porcelains are big plants with big bulbs and cloves. Wrappers are typically all-white, while clove skins range from yellow or tan to reddish-purple. There are, on average, 3-6 cloves per bulb, with 4 most common.
