Large, beautifully coloured softneck garlic found at a farmers market in Budapest, Hungary.
Over 10 cloves per head, arranged in two rows.
Adapted by Hope Seeds to zone 5A climate.
Mild and more delicate flavour than most varieties. Stores for a longer time than any hardneck.

Softneck garlic does not develop a flowering stalk (scape). Their stems stay soft and flexible, making them excellent for braiding.
