4034 Coriandrum sativum

Annual. 40 days leaf, 90 days seed.
Bred for its ability to produce a lot of leaf and bolt much slower than most types. It boasts a good flavour and colour and grows to a height of 12-18″.
The leaves are delicious when sprinkled over salads or in soups and the seeds can be used to flavour curries and go well with white meats and fish.
Uniform and dependable. Also makes a wonderful microgreen.
