Tan skin with deep, orange coloured flesh.
Small, single-serve squash with 6″ long fruit, weigh around 1 lb.
Fine texture and nutty, sweet flavour. It makes delicious pies and soups, as well as an amazing side dish when roasted.
A butternut for Northern gardens!
