Bean – Bush – Gold Rush

1040  Phaseolus vulgaris

55 days for snap beans.
Gold Rush was introduced in the 1970s through university and commercial breeding programs in the United States. It quickly became one of the most successful yellow-podded bush beans due to its consistent performance across regions and climates.
Aptly named, these 5-6″ long, slender, stringless beans grow in a pot o’ gold cluster, making them easy to pick.
Mild, sweet and buttery flavour, holding its quality even after cooking or canning.
